Born in St. Andrews, Jamaica, Latoya Edwards is an actress and singer based in New York City, who loves The Office and anything blue raspberry flavored. A graduate of Pace University's Musical Theater program, she continues her studies with Deborah Hedwall and Heidi Miami Marshall.

 

Most recently, she performed as Wummie in the American premiere of Chris Urch’s The Rolling Stone, directed by Saheem Ali, at Lincoln Center. Previously, she performed as Ama in the NYC encore run of Jocelyn Bioh's School Girls; or, the African Mean Girls Play , directed by Rebecca Taichman, at the Lucille Lortel Theatre.
